Legal Basis for Data Processing
When you provide your data via a form and express your interest or application, we consider this as the preparation of a contract. In this case, the legal basis for the processing of your personal data under the GDPR will be the legitimate business interest. The processing of your personal data will not change due to this change in the legal basis; the only difference is that if you do not request the termination of the process, we will continue to process your personal data for the purpose of contract preparation.

After the conclusion or termination of the contract, we are legally required to process your personal data concerning issued invoices for the legally required period.

Right to Access

Google Analytics
We use the Google Analytics program primarily to generate statistics, including measuring the success of our campaigns. The data controller processes personal data in accordance with the principles of good faith, fairness, transparency, as well as the applicable laws and the provisions of this Privacy Notice.
Personal data required for the provision of services is used by the Data Controller based on the consent of the concerned user and is only used for the specified purpose.
The Data Controller processes personal data only for the purpose specified in this Privacy Notice and the applicable laws. The scope of the processed personal data is proportional to the purpose of data processing and cannot exceed it (data minimization).
We do not process personal data of persons under the age of 18.
The Data Controller does not transfer the personal data it processes to any third party, except for the Data Processors designated in this Privacy Notice, and in certain cases, External Service Providers referred to herein.
